The menu consists of signature BBQ grilled burgers and starters, combo meals ,veggie items along with a low carb section. To fit this menu, IPEC designed a stainless BBQ installed on a sandwich fridge with GN inserts. On counter fryers, a toaster, bain marie, cheese warmer and a frymate were installed countering this grilling area.
